The Balance Club
Real-Life Nutrition for busy, exhausted, high-achieving women

You know you should eat healthy. Life just keeps getting in the way.

A safe, judgement-free space where you finally get answers to the question nobody else answers: how do I actually do this, in my real life?

Does this sound like you?

“My test results are normal, but I still feel tired all the time.”

“I've tried everything, and I still can't lose the weight.”

“I know my hormones are off, but nobody tells me what to actually eat.”

“I know I should eat healthy. But between work, family and everything else, I'm running on empty.”

“Gluten-free, sugar-free… I can't even find it, and I can't afford it.”

You are not lazy, and you are not lacking willpower. You are juggling hormonal imbalances, fatigue and a hectic life, and most nutrition advice ignores all three. Meal plans assume you have time, energy and a perfect kitchen. You don't need another plan. You need help with the next meal.

And if you're African, don't worry: I have built African dishes into my tools. Jollof, ndolé, attiéké, fufu… the meals that most nutrition apps never show are on the menu here, with no calorie counting.

Dr Claudia
Who's behind the Club

Hi, I'm Dr Claudia

I'm a medical doctor (MD) and functional nutrition expert, certified in dietetics for cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. For more than ten years, I've supported women with hormonal, digestive and metabolic issues.

But this Club didn't start in a clinic. It started in my own life. I've lived with hormonal imbalances and several health issues. Then life got busy, and hard: challenge after challenge, exhaustion, very little time. I knew exactly what I should eat. And still, in real life, I couldn't do it.

That's when I trained myself in AI and built the tools I needed: assistants that tell me what to eat with what I have, on the days when I have nothing left. They changed my everyday life.

The Balance Club is where I share them with you, along with everything I know.

Real life, real questions

In the Club, you can ask me about the moments that usually derail everything:

When you travelWhen you are unwellWhen you are exhaustedWhen you have no timeWhen the fridge is emptyAt a wedding or a partyEating outWhen cravings hitOn a tight budget

No question is too small, and no situation is too messy. I answer your questions myself. That is exactly what the Club is for.

What you get

My meal assistant. Tell it what you have, how tired you are and how much time you have. It tells you what to eat, right now.

My grocery assistant. Shopping lists that fit your budget and what you can actually find near you.

My resource library. Hormonal health, supplements (what to know before you take them), no-cook meals, travel, eating out, tight budgets.

Your questions, my answers. I reply in the private group twice a week, in writing or by voice note.

A monthly live Q&A. One live session a month to answer your questions together, recorded for those who can't make it.

Weekly wins. Every week, we celebrate the small steps, not the scale: “I had my tea every day”, “I cooked twice this week”.

Challenges. Regular challenges to keep you going, with prizes such as a free Functional Assessment.

A space without judgement.

No perfect diets, no shaming, no “just be more disciplined”. Many women feel embarrassed to talk about their weight, their bloating or their exhaustion. Here, you can say it as it is. What is shared in the Club stays in the Club.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a diet?

No. There is no calorie counting and no rigid meal plan. The Club helps you make better choices with what you have, one meal at a time.

Is it only for African women?

No. Every woman is welcome. The assistants work with any kind of food; they simply also know African dishes, which most tools don't.

What do I need?

A ChatGPT account to use the assistants, and the Telegram app for the private group.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It is a monthly membership with no commitment. You can stop whenever you like.

Is this one-to-one support?

No. The tools are educational and do not replace individual support or medical advice. For personalised support, there is the 6-month coaching programme.
